Cashier/Customer Service

Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges with speed and precision Handle cash, credit, and digital payments confidently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries or demos Upsell relevant products or promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, restock shelves, and assist with merchandising to keep the store inviting and accessible Support stock management by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting inventory checks as needed Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when taking orders or answering customer inquiries over the phone Qualifications Previous experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse customer base Proven supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for team collaboration Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations Experience in grocery stores or retail environments is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stocking tasks Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-notch service while gaining valuable retail experience!
