Job Description

Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Service Associate (CSA) and be the welcoming face of our facility. As a CSA, you will provide exceptional customer service to both our members and potential members, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. Your role will include giving facility tours, handling sign-ups, answering phone inquiries, and providing coverage in our Kid's Center.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Provide friendly and efficient customer service to members and potential members, addressing their needs and inquiries.
Sign-Ups and Tours:
Assist with member sign-ups and conduct facility tours to showcase our amenities and services.
Phone Support:
Answer phone calls professionally, providing information and assistance to callers.
Kid's Center Coverage:
Provide coverage in our Kid's Center, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
Administrative Duties:
Perform administrative tasks related to member registration, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
Community Engagement:
Engage with the community to promote our facility and services, building positive relationships with members and potential members.
Qualifications:
Customer Service Experience:
Previous experience in customer service is preferred, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Proficiency in using computers and office software
Attitude:
Positive and enthusiastic attitude Commitment to providing excellent customer service Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Working Conditions Environment:
Primary office and facility environment.
Physical Activity:
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.
