Job Description
Client Relations Specialist Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide a welcoming and professional experience for guests Maintain a positive attitude, professional mannerism and appearance Strong work ethics; detail oriented, excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills, ability to self-start, dependable Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and produce high quality results, while maintaining a positive and composed demeanor Problem solving skills; gather information, identify issue, take action and follow through with a solution Team player; ability to work well with others to achieve company goals Enter prospects into database and update client records Maintain accurate, detailed records Answers incoming calls professionally and directs all sales related calls to agent Follows script and guidelines to effectively communicate with prospects and clients Monitors email, text and voicemail throughout the day - respond the same day Welcomes prospects who are checking-in for real estate Discovery Visits Assemble welcome packets for prospects and rental guests Review check-in/welcome package with prospects and rental guests upon arrival Assists Property Manager with coordinating work orders for repairs and maintenance Assists Property Manager with Discovery Visit and Long-Term rental inspections and coordinates work order with appointed vendor Check-in prospects and coordinate cleaning of condos with housekeeping manager Assist with end of day reports and preparation for following day activity Provide support for management and real estate brokersNote:

High school diploma or GED 2 - 5+ years of experience in customer service/hospitality industry Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of Salesforce and Propertybase software databases preferred; Working knowledge of Barefoot Property Management software preferred; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and familiar withGoogle Drive Job Type:
