An industry leading and privately owned manufacturer in the Thomasville area is seeking a friendly and professional person to join our team. Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: Customer service duties Maintain raw material inventory, purchase raw materials and verify receipt Process new hire documents Weekly management reports for production and deliveries Process COA, inventory and deliveries in SAP system Assist with invoicing, payables, and additional job duties as needed

Qualifications:

Associate's degree preferred Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook Strong communication skills and good phone etiquette are required Multi-tasking skills, attention to detail and organization skills are required Experience with SAP and manufacturing environment preferred but not required
