Client Service Associate (Veterinary Receptionist) Waxhaw, NC - Passionate Paws Animal Hospital $13-$18 per hour based on experience and qualifications. We are happy to train the right candidate with strong customer service skills, even if you have no prior veterinary client service experience. Position Overview We're looking for a Client Service Associate (CSA) — the first and last point of contact for our pet parents. CSAs are the face and voice of our hospital. If you love talking to people, building connections, and creating positive experiences, you may be a perfect fit. We offer a pay range of $13-$18/hour depending on experience, with entry-level candidates starting at the lower end of the range and mid-level or experienced candidates earning towards the higher end. What You'll Do Greet pet parents and patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling Check clients in/out and process payments Walk clients and their pets to and from exam rooms or the front desk Occasionally assist pet parents with handling or carrying pets Keep the front desk area clean and organized Pitch in with light cleaning and support tasks as needed Provide support to both our clients and veterinary team
Note:
This is not a sit-down-all-day job — you'll be on your feet often, moving around the hospital to help deliver a smooth and welcoming experience What We're Looking For A naturally outgoing, energetic personality Strong customer service and communication skills A team player who can multitask and stay calm under pressure Compassionate and caring — for people and animals Someone who is eager to grow professionally and open to receiving constructive feedback Veterinary experience or relevant client service experience is a plus , but not required Entry-level candidates with strong customer service skills will be considered Mid-level or experienced candidates will be considered for a higher pay rate based on experience
Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay:
