Customer Service Representative

A-B Emblem, an industry leader with a nationwide customer base, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with Retail Sales experience. Responsibilities- Include but are not limited to: Calling and or emailing current customers Takes incoming orders via phone, email, or fax. Completes quoting and order documentation. Follows up with customers by telephone or email regarding delivery dates, job quotes, payment method, etc.

Requirements Candidate Profile:

2 years of customer service in any field or area, preferably in the retail sales environment. Solid problem-solving skills Well-developed multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detail orientation are key to success. Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making ability. Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-mail, and internet functions.
