Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and solutions-focused. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate with customers, resolve their concerns, and ensure a professional and positive experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in priority order as directed by management. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure complete satisfaction. Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to resolve delinquent accounts. Assess customer's ability and willingness to pay while maintaining company standards. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions. Uphold a courteous, professional tone during all communications.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Customer service: 2 years (Required) Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
