Customer Service Representative

Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for building lasting relationships with customers and the Premier Indoor Comfort team through excellent communications. This position will engage in contact with customers in our local communities to schedule service, maintenance, or new installation appointments.

Essential Job Duties:

Receives inbound or makes outbound calls to book appointments with our service and sales teams Provides accurate appointment information to service or sales teams Tracks calling efforts and accomplishments Follows-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

Performs other duties as requested

Excellent verbal skills Strong interpersonal skills Energetic personality Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas related to policies and procedures and provide guidance to management and employees verbally and in writing Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently Ability to multi-task Regular and reliable attendance

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Possess a valid driver's license Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications (not required): (none)

Physical Demands:
