We are looking for a Member Services Representative to support a non-profit organization in Wilson, North Carolina through a Long-term Contract opportunity. Responsibilities:
Respond to a high volume of member inquiries by phone and provide timely, courteous support.
Assist individuals with account questions, service requests, and general program information while ensuring accurate documentation.
Enter, update, and maintain member information in computer systems with strong attention to detail.
Process cash transactions and related payments in accordance with established procedures.
Type notes, correspondence, and service records efficiently to keep files current and complete.
Resolve routine service concerns by identifying member needs and delivering appropriate solutions or next steps.
Support front-line service operations in a fast-moving call center setting while meeting quality and responsiveness expectations.
Work collaboratively with internal team members to ensure consistent service and smooth daily operations.
