Customer Service Representative

Horizon Financial Bank is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This position performs a variety of duties while providing frontline services to customers. These services include but are not limited to: Answering the telephone Processing teller transactions Balancing a cash drawer Opening, maintenance, and closing deposit accounts (checking, savings, time deposits, IRA's, etc.) Assist customers with ATM and Debit cards Assist customers with electronic banking products This position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service. Must be self-motivated, able to communicate effectively with others, and willing to work both independently and as part of a team.
