Full-Time We are looking for a dependable, mechanically minded individual to join our team as a Vending Machine Service & Customer Development professional. This position will primarily focus on the delivery, pickup, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of vending machines, while also providing support with warehouse and delivery operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving mechanical problems, and working directly with customers. The long-term goal for this position is to develop into a leadership role , with increasing responsibility for customer service, account relationships, and helping develop new business.

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver, pick up, install, diagnose, and repair vending machines Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues and determine appropriate repairs Provide friendly, professional customer service at customer locations Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers Assist with warehouse duties, inventory, loading/unloading, and deliveries as needed Operate a delivery van, box truck Communicate effectively with customers and the internal team regarding service needs Help identify opportunities to improve customer service and grow existing accounts As experience is gained, take on additional leadership responsibilities Assist with developing relationships with new accounts and potential customers

Qualifications:

Vending machine repair, diagnostics, or related mechanical experience preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Customer-service oriented and comfortable interacting with customers Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Ability to safely lift, move, and transport vending equipment Delivery experience with a van or box truck preferred Strong communication skills and a professional attitude Interest in growing into a leadership and customer-development role
