What Youll DoIn this role, youll be the voice of North Starcreating positive, memorable experiences for every member you serve.
Deliver Exceptional Member ServiceBe the first point of contact for members, providing friendly, accurate, and timely support Assist with account needs, transactions, and service inquiries Resolving issues with care and confidence, ensuring every member feels valued Support Financial Success Through LendingGuide members through loan applications and next steps Prepare and process loan documents with accuracy and compliance Make lending decisions within authority and support members through the process Build Relationships & Identify OpportunitiesListen for ways to improve members financial well-being Recommend products and services that truly meet their needs Contribute to the growth and success of the credit union Keep Operations Running SmoothlyComplete administrative tasks, documentation, and follow-ups Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service What Success Looks LikeMembers feel heard, supported, and appreciated after every interaction You consistently deliver prompt, accurate service and follow through on commitments You confidently contribute to lending goals and service standards You actively promote North Star products that benefit members You show up as a reliable, professional, and positive team member What You Bring35 years of experience in financial services, lending, or customer service High school diploma or GED Strong communication and relationship-building skills A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Comfort using technology and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
