Sales Associate:

Provide prompt, courteous service Operate the cash register accurately and handle cash and other accepted payment for products sold. Maintain all of the self-service offerings such as coffee and fountain drinks. Actively participate in company promotions and upsell opportunities. Be aware of and adhere to all local, state, and federal laws that affect store operations. Address customer complaints in a positive manner, document and work with management to resolve. Ensure that the store is clean of trash and spills, and that all equipment is sanitized and in working condition. Facing front merchandise on the shelves. Checking perishable item's dates for freshness and properly rotate stock. Check identification per company policy for alcohol and tobacco sales. Follow company policy for safety, theft reduction and violence prevention. Have a strong desire to SERVE your fellow staff and customers.
