We're currently seeking a Full-Time Petroleum Customer Service Representative to join our team in Omaha, NE. Whether you're launching your career or ready for your next step, we'll provide the training and support you need to thrive. What You'll Do As a key link between our petroleum products and the people we serve, you'll ensure a positive, efficient experience every time. In this role, you will: Support walk-in and phone-in customers with product questions, orders, and pricing Enter and manage orders in our ERP system (e.g., SAP or Oracle) with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to meet customer needs Use Salesforce to track communication and follow up on customer interactions Schedule service calls and provide timely updates to customers Educate customers on our offerings and promote safe product-handling practices Share news about promotions, new products, and company specials
