Job Description
Under general supervision, perform a wide variety of complex administrative duties for airport and FBO operations; assist in keeping financial and operational records. Work varies, interpretive judgment is required within generally prescribed standards and procedures; has significant opportunity for discretion and independent action.
Greet customers and route phone calls providing a high level of customer service; respond to aircraft radio calls over Unicom frequency; facilitate crew requests including rental car, hotel and catering accommodation requests; maintain and account for materials and supplies including aviation fuel levels; update, maintain, and operate point of sale system for transactions, daily balance reconciliation and reporting; compose and type correspondence; perform cleaning of airport buildings to ensure they are clean and orderly; perform overtime as required and perform other duties as assigned.
