Service Advisor Friesen Auto About the
Role:
As a Tire and Lube Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all clients. Your role will involve assessing customer needs, providing accurate estimates, and coordinating service appointments to optimize workflow. You will be responsible for communicating service recommendations and updates to customers, fostering trust and transparency throughout the service process. Additionally, you will work closely with technicians to ensure that all services are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. Ultimately, your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while driving the success of the service department.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in automotive service or customer service roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with automotive repair and maintenance. Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology. Certification from a recognized automotive service organization.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their automotive tire and lube service needs. Provide detailed estimates and explain service recommendations to customers. Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow. Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
