Monday through Friday 8:00 - 4:30 $25-30/hour - Depending on Experience and great attitude. We want team members (not employees) Paid Personal Time and Holidays Weekends OFF!!! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for preparing, recording, and reconciling warranty claims along with submitting them to the manufacturers and distributors for defective parts. Be knowledgeable in the latest information, skills, and techniques for maximizing warranty operations Remains up to date in all manufactures recalls and bulletins as well as company training Knowing when a completed repair order is in compliance with the warranty policy/guidelines Follow up daily on past due claims Assures all parts are properly tagged, stored, disposed and or returned Files and distributes all warranty documentation and materials Provides technical process support for Parts and Service departments Helps service technicians on all warranty guidelines for write ups on repair orders. Work with accounting personnel on all warranty payment and warranty management schedule reconciliations. You must have a "can do" attitude with a passion for trying to work through difficulties Some travel may be required Other duties as assigned
EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
2 + years in related industry as a technician or warranty admin position in the Automotive or Truck or Machinery industry is preferred however, we will train the right applicant
WORKING CONDITIONS
Employees will potentially be working offsite traveling via personal vehicle and company vehicle to and from customer locations. Employees are expected to adhere to company policies regarding the expectations and use of company vehicles (please refer to handbook for detailed policies). Employees are expected to be in compliance regarding all State and Federal Laws while operating vehicles for business purposes. Employees are required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles. The employees are subject to external weather conditions. This position will require, at different times and frequencies, sitting, standing, walking, lifting and bending.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
