Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and updates Enter and maintain orders in EPICS and review drawings/specs Coordinate with engineering, scheduling, production, and quality teams Track job progress, communicate lead times, and manage changes or expedites Assist with customer issues, complaints, RMAs, and corrective actions

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with EPICS or similar MRP systems Ability to read technical drawings and understand extrusion processes Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Teams
