Customer Service / Office Helper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and service. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, multi tasking and the ability to handle various customer inquiries. Willing to work in different departments when extra help is needed. We would love to find the right candidate to grow with our team long term and willing to learn all aspects of the industry. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email with professionalism and courtesy Provide information regarding products and services Assist customers with order processing Assist in printing department Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures Utilize Email, Microsoft Office and Adobe applications for documentation, printing and reporting purposes Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company policies General Housekeeping Experience Willing to train the right candidate Computer skills a Must Experience with Quickbooks Invoicing a Plus Phone etiquette and communication skills are essential Must be able to lift boxes up to 30lb and stand for long periods of time

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
