Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and emails Schedule service appointments Assist customers with memberships and service inquiries Maintain accurate customer records in ServiceTitan Coordinate communication between customers and technicians Deliver exceptional customer service

Hours:

7:30 AM-4:00 PM Qualifications Minimum 1+ year experience in office setting or customer service experience required Preferred experience in skilled trades or home services companies Strong phone and email etiquette Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day Experience in home services or trades industry preferred ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required Strong communication and multitasking skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay in between $20 - $23 per hour depending on experience PTO and paid holidays Health insurance options Retirement plan with company match Year-round steady work A solid team environment where everyone actually knows each other If you want to work for a company that's local, private, growing, and genuinely cares about its people, we'd like to talk to you.
