Pottery Studio Customer Service/ Shift Leader

About us Time To Clay is a small business in Nashua, NH. We are a paint your pottery studio where we offer ceramics to paint, glass fusing and hand building with clay. Love being creative and helping people have fun? We're looking for a friendly, dependable Shift Leader to help run the studio during busy evening shifts!

Schedule:

2 weekday evenings per week 1 Sunday per month

What You'll Do:

Lead the shift and keep the studio running smoothly Welcome guests and create a fun, relaxed atmosphere Help customers with pottery painting, glass fusing, and basic techniques Support staff, answer questions, and step in where needed Handle register, transactions, and basic opening/closing tasks Keep the studio clean, organized, and inviting

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is upbeat, reliable, and takes initiative Loves working with people (especially kids, families, and groups) Is comfortable leading a small team Can multitask in a busy, creative environment Has strong customer service skills Is available evenings and occasional weekends Bonus (but not required!): Experience in art, pottery, or crafts Previous retail or leadership experience
