Customer Service Viewer (Stone Selection Specialist)

We're looking for a high-energy, bubbly, and personable individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist—someone who will guide customers through one of the most exciting parts of their project: selecting the perfect stone for their home. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, enjoys design, and wants to be part of a unique, creative industry that most people don't even realize exists… until they fall in love with it.

What you will do:

Engage with customers to understand their project needs, offering expert advice on their countertop options Welcome customers into our showroom for scheduled appointments Guide them through viewing and selecting stone slabs for their kitchen projects Create a fun, warm, and memorable experience from start to finish Help customers feel confident and excited about their selections Offer design input with a natural eye for color, style, and detail Build rapport and help customers feel confident and excited about their choices What we're looking for: A bubbly, outgoing, and positive personality (this is a MUST!) Benefits:

$1,000 sign on bonus available. Medical and Dental benefits offered after 90 days of employment. One week paid vacation after one year of service.
