Entry level/High School is encouraged. Duties Prepare and assemble high-quality pizzas and other menu items efficiently, maintaining consistency and presentation standards. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle transactions smoothly, and manage cash handling responsibilities. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and upselling specials to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, following food safety protocols diligently. Manage food handling tasks including portioning ingredients, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper food storage. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting overall restaurant operations to ensure a seamless flow during busy hours. Use basic math skills for cash register operations, order calculations, and inventory checks to support efficient restaurant management. Requirements Prior experience in food preparation or working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests. Ability to handle food safely, follow sanitation procedures, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling, order processing, and retail math calculations. Experience in food industry roles like cashiering, serving, or kitchen work is advantageous. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed during shift hours.
