Schedule:
Monday - Friday | Standard Business Hours | OT and On-Call as Needed Position Summary The Fulfillment & Customer Service Representative plays a dual role supporting both opera-tional fulfillment activities and customer service functions within the CAC NJ Stickering of-fice. This position is responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving activities, pro-cessing customer requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication and follow-up with customers and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer satis-faction and operational accuracy. How You Will Contribute to the Success of CAC As the Fulfillment & Customer Service Representative, you will support the daily workflow of incoming and outgoing fulfillment operations while also serving as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and order-related communication. You will help ensure orders are processed accurately, customer concerns are addressed promptly, and internal processes operate efficiently to support overall business objectives.
Important:
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the duration of the shift. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Fulfillment & Operations Support
  • Perform shipping, receiving, labeling, and fulfillment activities in accordance with com-pany procedures and production schedules.
  • Accurately enter and maintain data within company systems and software platforms.
  • Document, monitor, and report discrepancies or operational issues as needed.
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in accordance with operational and safety standards. Customer Service Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a timely, professional, and courteous man-ner.
  • Provide follow-up communication to customers regarding orders, shipments, and service inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Secure and protect sensitive customer information in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times. Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in shipping/receiving, fulfillment, customer ser-vice, logistics, or related operational support role preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced operational or distribution environment is a plus. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions independently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and operational procedures.
