Role Overview We're seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. You'll help manage appointments, answer questions about services, resolve concerns, and ensure that every client interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism that define J.Walker Salon. Responsibilities Greet clients via phone, email, and online chat with professionalism and care. Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments using salon software. Answer inquiries about services, pricing, stylists, and promotions. Handle customer feedback and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Support the front desk team during busy hours. Maintain accurate customer records and assist with follow-up communication. Collaborate with stylists and management to ensure smooth client experiences. Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, reception, or salon/spa environments preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with scheduling or POS systems a plus. A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others.
