Job Description

Position Summary Noviello Financial Group, an established and growing wealth management firm in Bridgewater, NJ, is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support client relationships, investment operations, and account setup and servicing activities. This role partners closely with advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience while ensuring accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex processes in a fast-paced environment. In addition to supporting day-to-day client needs, this individual will contribute to process improvements and help support the firm's continued growth. Key Responsibilities Primary point of contact for client service requests, cash management needs, and account-related inquiries. Support investment account opening, maintenance, transfers, transactions, and account servicing. Coordinate brokerage, advisory, annuity, and insurance business processing from submission through completion. Liaise with custodians, product sponsors, and service providers to resolve issues and facilitate account processing. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and firm requirements. Support compliance, recordkeeping, and account review activities within a Broker-Dealer and RIA setting. Track client requests and follow through to timely resolution while providing a high level of service. Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, workflows, and the overall client experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 5+ years of relevant administrative, client service, financial services, or related experience; or equivalent combination of education or experience considered. FINRA Series SIE, 65, or 7 or comparable securities licensing a plus; willingness to obtain licensing. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills to effectively serve our clients, business partners, and advisors. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and status communication. Takes initiative, is curious, follows through on commitments, and consistently delivers high-quality work both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, integrity, sound judgment, and data security when handling confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, CRM platforms (Redtail), online software and applications, and other business technologies; ability to learn new systems quickly. Compensation Full-time, in-office position, Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. Preferred commute time under 30 minutes.
Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000, based on skills and experience. Bonus eligibility through the firm's Incentive Compensation Plan.
