What You'll Do Daily:
Serve as the welcoming face and primary point of contact for clients and visitors at Victory Point Consulting. Assist clients with inquiries, walk them through our services, and ensure an exceptional client experience. Handle administrative support tasks, manage scheduling, and coordinate follow-up communications. Collaborate directly with our consulting team to streamline daily operations and keep client projects moving forward smoothly.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years in a customer-facing role (Retail, Hospitality, Sales, or Reception preferred).
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools).
Mindset:
A proactive team player who takes pride in ownership of their work.
