Job Description

Dormann's HeatingCooling is a family-owned and operated business that has been offering top-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions in Gloucester County and the surrounding areas since 1996. Each member of our team takes pride in consistently providing the best HVAC installation, replacement, repair, and maintenance services in New Jersey, all at the most reasonable prices to our customers.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping people and creating a positive experience for every customer. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for scheduling service calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and supporting our field technicians to ensure a seamless, high-quality service experience. Pay:
$23.00•$28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours of Work:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 am•4:00 pm, occasional overtime as needed
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a customer service role, ideally in HVAC, home services or trades industries Familiarity with ServiceTitan is highly preferred, or similar field/service management software platforms Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Passion for problem solving and
Preferred Qualifications:
