Lentini Auto Salvage is a family-owned business known for quality recycled auto parts and strong customer service. We are looking for a dependable, professional individual to join our front counter team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to assist with customer pickups, part lookups, and daily front office operations. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with computers.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with picking up auto parts Look up and identify parts using computer systems Process payments (cash, card, etc.) Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone Handle overflow and retail phone calls as needed Support general front office operations Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks Work closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order flow

Qualifications:

Must be reliable, trustworthy, honest, and presentable Strong computer skills (experience with inventory or POS systems is a plus) Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Spanishspeaking is a plus, but not required Automotive knowledge is helpful, but not required (we will train the right person)
