Job Description

At our high-volume animal hospital, we pride ourselves on having long-term, dedicated staff who truly care about our patients. With 10 doctors on board and extended hours 7 days a week, we strive to provide top-notch care in a welcoming environment. Our team loves to have fun, too

Our customer service representative role includes but is not limited to: Provide customer service such as greet customers, answer questions, process incoming patients, and handle payments. Answer phone calls, which may involve answering questions and screening and scheduling appointments. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email. Update patient digital records. Enter data into a computer. Responding to clients via text message, email and phone calls. Process credit card payments and prepare bank deposits. Retrieve prescriptions. Assist with pet supply purchases such as pet food, supplements, and medications. Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room. We are looking to fill full time and part time positions, evenings and a weekend included. Flexible schedule preferred. Pay rate based on experience.
Our shifts range from:
Mon-Fri AM shifts 7:30am
  • (1pm-3pm) PM shifts (1pm-3pm
  • 8:30/9pm Saturday 7:30am
  • Close (5pm) Sunday 8am
  • Close (4pm)
