Service Advisor Entry Level

Drop Pin Auto Repair is looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Entry-Level Service Advisor to join our growing family-owned shop!

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and answer phones Work closely with the owner and technicians to help customers understand and approve maintenance recommendations, repair orders, and cost estimates Schedule appointments Communicate with customers about vehicle updates Create and manage repair orders Work alongside technicians and management Keep the front office organized and professional

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Previous dealership experience or familiarity with auto service management is preferred; a strong desire to learn is essential Basic mechanical knowledge of automotive systems such as transmissions, suspension, brakes, diesel engines, shocks & struts, and tire services Experience with automotive diagnostics, auto estimating, or service writing is a plus Knowledge of automotive repair procedures Positive attitude and strong communication skills Organized and dependable Basic computer skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer service experience preferred
