Requirements :

Clean driving record. RV diagnostic and repair experience is ideal but not mandatory. We welcome candidates with skills in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or general maintenance. Interest in RVing is a plus! Necessary tools are required for the role. Availability to work Saturdays is required .

Job Responsibilities:

Perform and document complete diagnostic tests, repairs, or replacements for customers. Maintain electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance systems. Track parts and materials used. Collaborate with the shop foreman and supervisor on progress. Ensure quality standards are met and inspected by a supervisor. Maintain a safe and organized workspace. Additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Certification from a college or technical school in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Maintenance is beneficial, but work experience is valued. Minimum of 3 years in service technician or related roles is preferred. RVIA, RVTI, or RVDA certification is helpful but not required. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. independently, or up to 50 lbs. with assistance. Exposure to potential heights, electrical, and welding equipment hazards. Work involves standing, stooping, crawling, and bending. Must provide personal hand/shop tools. Valid driver's license required.
