This position combines customer service, internet sales support, and front-desk reception responsibilities. The ideal candidate will handle incoming phone calls and internet leads, schedule sales appointments, assist showroom guests, and maintain long-term follow-up with prospective customers while ensuring a welcoming and professional dealership experience. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming dealership phone calls in a courteous and professional manner Greet showroom customers and assist with directing them to the appropriate department or sales representative Manage front desk reception area and provide exceptional customer service to all visitors Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects via phone, email, text, or in person Respond promptly to internet leads and customer inquiries Answer questions regarding vehicle inventory, features, and availability Schedule appointments for showroom visits, test drives, and vehicle deliveries Maintain and update customer databases to encourage repeat business Perform consistent follow-up with unsold customers and previous buyers Accurately track customer lead sources and marketing efforts Keep dealership website inventory and vehicle specifications current Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed Qualifications Previous customer service or receptionist experience Automotive sales, call center, or internet sales experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable using CRM systems, phones, email, and internet-based tools Excellent organization, multitasking, and follow-up abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Benefits Competitive base pay plus commission and performance bonuses Paid time off & holidays Medical, dental, and vision benefits available 401(k) options and employee discounts
