In 2019, they launched Cuckoo Rental America, providing water and air purifier rental services in the US. ▶ Client Support Representative - Staff (Full-time) / Cuckoo Rental America, NJ/NY Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries using Chinese . Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer needs Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
