Job Description

Overview We are looking for a friendly, detailed and organized customer service rep for our newly established warehouse located in Florence NJ.
Work Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm
Requirements :
Attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficient in data entry (accuracy and speed) Patient, empathetic, and professional phone demeanor. Prior customer service experience (phone support preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel Basic math skills for handling numerical data and calculations
Duties:
entering orders accurately into the system, verifying details and confirming order information. assisting customers with questions or issues related to order status, shipping, billing, returns, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. printing UPS, FedEx shipping labels communicating with warehouse staff regarding order shipment details Please email resume to apply.
