The Role We're hiring 4 Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representatives for our Fort Lee office. You'll service existing personal lines clients — handling policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage reviews. Part of the gig includes identifying cross-sell opportunities during service conversations, but this is not cold-calling or commission-only sales. It's a structured, in-office role. You show up, you handle your book of business professionally, and you move up based on performance and reliability.
