PM Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to support patients within a fast-paced pharmacy environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping others, providing accurate information, and working in a structured, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, providers, and pharmacies Assist patients with medication orders, refill requests, and general inquiries Provide clear and accurate information regarding prescriptions and services Review patient profiles and update information in the system Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
Qualifications:
Previous call center, customer service, or healthcare support experience preferred Strong communication and active listening skills Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy when speaking with patients
