Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM-7:30 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers. You will help resolve issues, monitor deliveries, and ensure customers receive timely and professional service. Responsibilities Assist customers and business partners by phone and email Handle customer complaints professionally Identify and resolve customer issues Monitor delivery routes and progress Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps Process delivery order changes and cancellations Qualifications Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle pressure while providing effective solutions
