Call Center Representative/Sales BDC

Call Center Representative/Sales BDC High volume Toyota dealership, in Hillside, NJ, is currently seeking an experienced Sales BDC Representative. Must be professional, upbeat, detail-oriented, and able to speak standardized English. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a PLUS. Automotive Sales BDC experience preferred but may consider the right individual.

Responsibilities Include:

• Speak/Email prospects and assist them in scheduling a sales or service appointment
• Answer customer's questions to the best of your ability; work with management to make sure customer's needs are met
• Follow up after scheduled appointments to ensure that all of our customer's needs were met and/or exceeded
• Work with management to make sure there is a transfer of knowledge on incoming prospects

Compensation:

• $500 Signing Bonus
