Call Center Representative/Service BDC

Call Center Representative/Service BDC High volume Toyota dealership, in Hillside, NJ, is currently seeking an experienced Service BDC Representative who is professional, upbeat, and detail-oriented. Must be able to speak standardized English. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a PLUS . Service BDC experience preferred but may consider the right individual.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist customers in scheduling to meet with a service consultant
• Answer customer's questions to the best of your ability; work with management to make sure customer's needs are met
• Follow up after scheduled appointments to ensure that all of our customer's needs were met and/or exceeded
• Work with management to make sure there is a transfer of knowledge on incoming prospects

Compensation:

• $500 Signing Bonus
• Aggressive Pay Plan, based on experience level
• Base Hourly Plus Commission
