Cashier/Customer Service

Cashier/ counter assistant - Pizzeria We're looking for a friendly and efficient Counter Associate to join our team. This role is focused on taking orders, handling customers, and keeping the front of the pizzeria running smoothly. Strong communication and a fast pace are key. Responsibilities Greet customers and take orders in person and over the phone Operate the register and handle cash/card payments accurately Answer menu questions and make recommendations Upsell items (drinks, sides, specials) Keep the counter area clean, stocked, and organized Manage lines and ensure quick, smooth service Assist with packaging takeout and coordinating orders with the kitchen Restock drinks, boxes, and front counter items as needed Follow all customer service and phone etiquette standards Qualifications Customer service or restaurant experience preferred (not required) Strong communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling transactions Good multitasking and time management Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
