Job Description

At All About ABA, we are committed to providing high quality, individualized ABA services to the families we serve. Our Client Care Coordination team plays a huge role in creating a positive experience for both our clients and staff from intake through ongoing services. We are currently seeking organized, proactive, and compassionate individuals to join our growing team as Client Care Coordinators (CCCs). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and values strong communication and teamwork. All About ABA provides home-based and clinic-based ABA services across multiple states, with a collaborative team approach that combines clinical excellence with strong operational support. Responsibilities & Duties Coordinate and manage ongoing client and technician schedules Act as a primary point of contact for assigned families throughout services Communicate regularly with families, BCBAs, technicians, and internal departments Monitor client staffing needs and scheduling progress Track authorizations, expirations, and service changes Assist with technician-client matching based on availability and clinical needs Maintain accurate documentation and updates within CentralReach and internal systems Collaborate closely with Recruiting, Clinical, Intake, QA, and Operations teams Track and report scheduling and caseload KPIs weekly Support ongoing client retention and service continuity efforts Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable navigating difficult conversations professionally and compassionately Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and scheduling systems preferred CentralReach experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping families and supporting a team.
