Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing a busy call volume; vigilant attention to detail and animal safety; maintaining cleanliness of the hospital waiting room; mopping patient urine "spills;" picking up poop; and a willingness to work collaboratively with our CSRs, Techs, DVMs and Vet Assistants. Our ideal candidate will have experience as a veterinary CSR; a strong work ethic; and the ability to converse with our spanish speaking clientele.
Please note:
Training may take up to 6-8 weeks. Your attendance during your entire training period is essential to your success and position as a Client Service Representative.
