Please note that this is an entry-level position and we will fully train you so that you do not require prior Spa experience. We have multiple locations in the area which you work at. The Client Experience Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day interactions with clients and upkeep of the Float Spa, which includes but is not limited to: checking-in clients, setting proper expectations of the Floating experience, explaining the benefits of Floating and other relaxation services offered at East Coast Float Spa, cleaning the Spa and the Float Rooms, answering client inquiries in person, on the phone, on social media, or via email, and selling various services and products. Primary job functions include the following: Ensure clients receive consistently outstanding service that will leave them talking about us in a positive way. Interact with clients in the Front Lobby and in the Post Float Lounge. Up-sell and cross-sell different services and products. Perform various cleaning duties in the Spa and between Floats. Process payments and schedule services. Answer the phone and promptly return any missed phone calls. Open or close/lock up the Floatation Therapy Spa. Maintain high attention to detail to ensure procedures are followed correctly.
