This role is critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and directed to the appropriate team members. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This individual will manage inbound communications, support lead intake, assist with administrative functions, and contribute to the dealership's overall operational effectiveness. Purpose Serve as the first impression of Lamar's Truck Sales. Improve the overall customer experience. Manage inbound calls and front-office communication. Support lead intake and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner. Manage a high volume of inbound calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Capture and document customer information accurately. Enter and update customer records within dealership systems. Route qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate team members. Schedule appointments and coordinate customer visits. Support follow-up efforts for missed calls and customer inquiries. Maintain organized customer files and dealership records. Work closely with sales, finance, inventory, and customer service teams. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, call center, dealership, or front-office environments. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM and dealership software systems. Professional appearance and demeanor.

PM Saturday:
9:00 AM•1:00
PM Sunday:
Off This is a 1099, hourly position.
Pay:
$20.00•$25.00 per hour
