Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic Collision Center team as a Collision Center Customer Service Representative (CSR), where your enthusiasm and dedication will drive exceptional customer experiences. In this energetic role, you will serve as the vital link between our valued clients and our skilled repair teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and outstanding support throughout the collision repair process. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help turn stressful situations into seamless solutions, making a real difference for our customers every day. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer service to set a positive tone for their repair journey Manage incoming calls with confident phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments promptly Collect and enter customer information accurately into our systems using Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills Coordinate with technicians and insurance adjusters to facilitate timely repairs and updates Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy and security Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, repair status, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability Support outbound calling efforts to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or provide updates on repairs Skills Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency in English and other languages are highly valued for serving diverse communities Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and external partners Proven experience in sales or client services to promote positive relationships and foster trust Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems Call center experience or previous customer support roles demonstrating effective phone etiquette and active listening skills Analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions quickly Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality and security Typing speed and accuracy to manage high-volume data entry efficiently Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels exceptional service!
