PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
(ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS
): Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with professionalism and promptness Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring data integrity and timely entry into the system. Responsible for answering a daily average quota of customer phone calls and emails. Monitor and follow up on backorders, providing proactive updates to customers regarding order status, expected delivery and tracking information. Resolve customer disputes. Ensure timely receipt of customer due in's Communicate with internal teams to resolve order or account-related issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout all customer interactions Maintain and update customer account information with accuracy. Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency Assist customers in obtaining information on services from other DFJ departments and/or DFJ vendors. Perform off-hour telephone coverage as needed. Other duties may be assigned by management to meet business objectives on an as needed basis.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or G.E.D. Minimum one year Customer Service experience, in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with Automated Order Entry Systems. Familiar with Microsoft Office. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers in a professional manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent listening skills. Exceptional organizational and follow up skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Required to work rotating shifts.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
College preferred. Previous customer service experience in the aviation industry. Valid driver's license.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Office environment, which will include the use of personal computers. Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds. Ability to travel required. Heavy customer correspondence. Ability to work varied shifts, as needed. Some weekend and overnight coverage.

): Attend trade shows. Meetings with customers. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position typically falls between $50,000 TO $55,000 per year. This position is eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for a sign on bonus, shift differential or relocation assistance. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
