This role is ideal for someone who can manage leads, support sales efforts, and keep projects moving forward through strong organization and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and manage leads, proposals, and sales pipeline activity Prepare and write professional proposals for clients Follow up consistently with leads and existing customers Assist with collections and payment follow-ups Provide general office and administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

Comfortable with computers and business software; strong Microsoft Office skills required Excellent communication and follow-up skills Self-starter who can take initiative and stay on top of tasks Highly detail-oriented and organized Reliable with strong memory and task management (no dropping the ball! ) Experience in the construction or contractor industry is a plus
