In this energetic role, you will operate sewing machines to efficiently and accurately assemble and finish products. Responsibilities Operate various sewing machines to assemble garments according to specifications and quality standards Follow detailed sewing instructions and work from production schedules to meet deadlines Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring consistency in stitching, seams, and overall quality Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machine issues and optimize workflow Assist in loading, unloading, and managing fabric or garment materials within the manufacturing area Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times during production processes Requirements Proven experience with garment construction or sewing machine operation in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, including stitching, hemming, and finishing methods Ability to operate sewing machines safely and efficiently with precision Familiarity with manufacturing processes related to apparel or textile production Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on quality control and consistency Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work collaboratively within a team Join us in crafting exceptional garments with skill, precision, and enthusiasm!
