Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative professional to join our team! As an Admin, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient data management, and exceptional customer support. Your multilingual skills and ability to handle diverse tasks will help foster positive relationships with clients and team members alike. Duties Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to address inquiries promptly and effectively. Provide outstanding customer support and client services by assisting with questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple channels. Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining organized records of client interactions, transactions, and internal documentation using Microsoft Office tools. Support sales initiatives by engaging in outbound calling campaigns, following up with prospects, and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth. Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence in a multilingual environment. Utilize analysis skills to review data reports, identify trends or discrepancies, and suggest improvements for operational efficiency. Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Previous experience in call center operations or customer service roles is highly preferred. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry applications. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—coupled with professional phone etiquette. Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience in sales or client services roles that involve analysis skills and customer support is advantageous. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during typing, cash handling, or data management tasks.
